The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam

will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Hall,
2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C. on Monday, October 19th, 1981
at 7:30 p.m. to consider the following Proposed By-law to amend the "City of

Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 1651".

By-law No. 1864: to rezone Lot 182, District Lot 380, Group

One, Plan 58919, New Westminster District, from CS-1, RS-1,

and A~l, to CS-l in its entirety.

This property is located at the Northeast corner of Lougheed

Highway and Hastings Street and has the civie address 2471

Lougheed Highway. The rezoning contemplated will place the

property in the correct zone for its current use and would

permit the construction development of a truck sales and

service centre. |

A copy of the proposed By-law may be inspected in the Of fice of
the City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at the address given above, between
_the hours of 8:30 a.m. to-12:00 noon and 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. - on working
days - from October 8th to October 19th, 1981.

All persons who deem their interest in property affected by the

Proposed By-law shall be afforded an Opportunity to be heard at the Public

Hearing on matters contained in the By-law.
