in the form and fo the extent set forth in "Land Use Contract No. 29"
waich is the Schedule hereto annexed and made part of this By-law.

2. The said Land Use Contract No. 29 shall extend to and shall. regulate
the development and use of the lands described therein.

3. Land Use Contract No. 29 shall have the force and effect of a

restrictive covenant running with the land described therein and shall

be registered in the New Westminster Land Registry Office.

4. This By-law may be cited for all purposes as "Land Use Contract No. 29

Authorization By-law, 1978, No. 1624". :

September, 1978.

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this Twenty-fifth day of
