A regular meeting of the Municipal Council of The Corporation of
the City of Port Coquitlam was held in the Council Chamber, Port Coquitlam
City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C. on December
llth, 1978.

His Worship Mayor J.M. Campbell, Aldermen J.J. Keryluk, G.R. Laking,
E.W. Mabbett, L.M. Traboulay and M.R. Wright in attendance.

Also in attendance were City Administrative Officer L.D. Pollock,
City Engineer F.E. Peters, P. Eng., Fire Chief W.S. Wingrove, Deputy
Fire Chief J. Boileau, City Planner L. Lee, City Treasurer J.G.S. Maitland,
Parks Superintendent B. Hoogendoorn, Recreation Director K.J. Taylor,
Works & Utilities Superintendent G.W. Ulmer and Mrs. D.L. Vyse.
