Proposed Subdivision on Pitt River Road

With reference to the above rezoning application, we have been
advised by the developer that Parcel A to the north of the original development
site has now been acquired and is to be included in the rezoning application.

A total of 36 lots will be created.

Would you, therefore, please prepare a rezoning by-law based on the
inclusion of Parcel A for Council's consideration.
