Bylaw #1564 lst 3 read- ‘ings. iCity Eng. re ‘| frontage ‘exempt. _ S#29/75 : $#12—77 : S#32-76 October 3rd, 1977 From the Land Sales Committee, September 28th, 1977, advising of a proposed road exchange at the intersection of Suffolk Avenue and Sefton Street and recommending that the exchange be approved and that the road allowance, amounting to some 9,322 sq. ft. be sold to the developer at the rate of $1.50 per sq. ft. Moved by Alderman Traboulay: Seconded by Alderman Laking: That the report of the Land Sale Committee, September 28th, 1977 referring to the proposed road exchange at the intersection of Suffolk Avenue and Sefton Street and recommending that the said exchange be further processed, be approved; AND THAT the road allowance, amounting to some 9,322 sq. f£t., be sold to the developer at the rate of $1.50 per sq. ft. The City Clerk advised that he had prepared Bylaw No. 1564 that would give effect to the recommendation of the Land Sale Committee just adopted by the Council. Alderman Laking introduced a Bylaw to authorize The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam to dispose of portions of road shown dedicated on registered plans 2294 and 35033, in District Lot 466, Group One, New Westminster District in exchange for sufficient land to relocate the said portions of road.
