LEGAL Lot. 35, D.L. 288, Plan 38943. DESCRIPTION: BACKGROUND : The proposed development is to be located on a 6.2-acre parcel immediately south of the present M-1 area (see attached sketch). Gross building area is roughly 130,090 square feet. Loading and parking are more than adequate. Extensive landscaping along Broadway is indicated. Based on the plans submitted, tne construction quality is extremely high for an industrial building, being architecturally treated pre-cast concrete design. The proposal is a logical extension of the present industrial area and the overall quality of the proposed development is highly desirable. RECOMMENDATION: The Planning and Zoning Committee recommends that the rezoning application be approved to permit the proposed development subject to meeting the requirements of the Engineering Dept. on servicing.
