THEREFORE BE If RESOLVED THAT the Council of the City of
North Vancouver strongly urge the Minister to immediately
implement vehicle noise control standards as a means to
eliminate and rectify the situation, and further that we
send copies of this resolution to the surrounding munici-
palities and to the U.B.C.M. for their endorsement;
