THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM DEG 15 1986 BYLAW NO. 2228 JAN @ 5 1987 A Bylaw to amend the Official Community Plan of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam. WHEREAS an Official Community Pian was adopted by the "Official Communi-ty Plan Bylaw, 1986, No. 2162"; AND WHEREAS an amendment to the Offical Community Plan has been prepared and after First Reading of this Bylaw the Council has: . (a) examined the amendment to the plan in conjunction with the most recent capital expenditure program under Section 266 of the Municipal Act to ensure consistency between them; examined the amendment to the plan in conjunction with the Economic Strategy Plan entitled "Port Coquitiam Industrial Development Development Strategy" to ensure consistency between them; determined that no applicable waste management plan exists for consideration; determined that the amendment to the plan does not affect the District of Coquitlam, The Corporation of the District of Pitt Meadows, or the Greater Vancouver Regional District. NOW THEREFURE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: The designation of "Residential 3" shown on Schedule "B" of the Official Community Pian Bylas 1986, No. 2162" as applying to: ia) Lot "B" of Block 10 Southeast Quarter of Section 6 Township 40 Plan 8345 EXCEPT the East 297 feet New westminster District cast 297 Feet of Lot "B" Block 10 Southeast Quarter of Section 6 Township 40 Plan 5345 EXCEPT part subdivided by Plan 25576 New Westminster District is removed and the designation "Residential 1" is applied. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Official Community Plan Amendment Bylaw No. 3, 1986, No. 2228".
