BYLAW NO. 2090

A Bylaw to authorize the expenditure of monies
in the "Development Cost Charge Reserve Funds",

WHEREAS pursuant te Section 719(7) of the "Municipal Act", being Chapter 290,
ReSoB.C., 1979, the Council! estab! ished Development Cost Charge Reserve Funds;

AND WHEREAS it Is deemed desirable:to expend a portion of the monies set aside in
the Devaiopment Cost Charge Reserve Funds; ’

NOW THEREFQRE the Muntetpal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam in open meeting. assembled, enacts. as. fol lows: ;

The sums. hereinafter specified are hereby appropriated from the respective
Developinent Cost Charge Reserve Funds to be- expended. for the following purposes
far the year 1984:

Parkland. Acquisition ~ $ 7,500.00
Highway Facilities. ~ $135,000.00

Should any of the above amounts remain unexpended after the expenditures hereby
authorized has been made, any unexpended balances shall be returned to the credit
of the specified Reserve Fund.

Fund Expenditure Authorization Bylaw, 1985, No. 2090",
