A regular meeting of the Municipal Counct! of The Corporation of
the City of Port Coquitlam was heid In the Councl] Chamber, Port
Coquitlam City Hall on Monday, December 10th, 1984 at 7:30 p.m.

His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboultay, Aldermen M.C. Farnworth, M.D.
Gates, J.J. Keryluk, G.R. Laking, W.W. Stewart and M.R. Wright in
attendance. :

Also In attendance were City Administrator B.R. Kirk, Director of
Community Pianning W. Brown and Recording Secretary D. Vyse.

That the minutes of the Regular Council! Meeting held on November
26th, 1984 and the Statutory Inaugura’ Meeting held on December 3rd,

1984 be taken as read and adopted.

His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay introduced Mr. Peter Dent, Schon!
Trustee, School District No. 43 who then made a presentation to Councl|
regarding the Implications that government restraint is having on the

school district.
