That the proposal of Ms. Deane McKamey to rent 2420 Mary Hil! Road
from the City for $500.00 per month be accepted;

AND THAT the requisite bylaw setting forth the terms and conditions
of the rental! be prepared.

The City Clerk advised that Bylaw No. 2033 is available for the
first three readings.
