A regular meeting of the Municipal Council of The Corporation

of the City of Port Coquitiam was held in the Council Chamber,
Port Coquitlam City Hall on Monday, September 12th, 1983 at 7:30

pm.

His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay, Aldermen M.D. Gates, J.J.
Keryluk, G.R. Laking, D.J. Yater and MLR. Wright in attendance.

Aftso in attendance were City Administrator B.R. Kirk, City
Clerk R.A. Freeman, Chief Building Inspector N. Chernoff, Director
of Community Planning W. Brown and Parks & Recreation Director

K.J. Taylor.

SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS:

of winning the 1983 Sun Cup Soccer Championship.

Mayor Traboulay advised that item 8 on the Agenda being the.
City Clerk's August 19th, 1983 memorandum concerning 2043 Suffolk
Avenue would be considered at this time.

Mr. 0.D. Tyacke, 327 Wells Gray Place, New Westminster, B.C.
and Mr. D. Guggisberg, 3885-202A Street, Langiey, B.C. were
present and addressed the Council! regarding 2043 Suffolk Avenue.

Moved by Alderman Laking:
Seconded by Alderman Vater:

That Item 8 on the Agenda being the City Clerk's August 19th,
1983 memorandum concerning 2043 Suffolk Avenue be deferred until
the regular Council meeting of September 26th, 1983 and that the
owner and his representative be requested to meet with Mayor L.M.
Traboulay, City Administrator B.R, Kirk, and Chief Building
Inspector N. Chernoff to learn the exact details of repair work
required to be completed.
