The cost of heating and lighting the storage addition
will be that of your Association.

The City agrees that should it become necessary in

the future it will be the City's responsibiftity to paint and
maintain the exterior of the facility. .

The contents of this letter were approved at a
regular meeting of the Municipal Council of The Corporation of
the City of Port Coquitlam held on August 8th, 1983.
