We hope we have shown there is a need for a community building
of this design, and that our plan is feasible also that our Club is
totally committed to the completion of the project.

We understand there will be further discussion and refinements to our
plans, but as you can see by our time plan we hope to begin construction
March Ist, 1982, and complete by July Ist, 1982, to coincide with our
annual July Ist celebrations. On Aggie grounds.

In closing, a major stumbling block in past projects has been our
relying on Provincial and/or Federal Grants. Never before has our
Club had the resources to complete such a major project, entirely
on our own, with funds raised within the community.

All we need now is, your approval.
