BY-LAW NO. 1703

A By-law to amend the “Advanced Poll By-law, 1969, No. 956".
The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port

Coquitlan, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1, Section 2 of the "Advanced Poll By-law, 1969, No. 956" is
repealed and the following substituted:

"2. An Advanced Poll shall be opened by the Returning Officer
or by a Deputy Revurning Officer or Poll Clerk appointed by him for fhat
purpose, for ail elections, including submissions to the electors, at the

‘Port Coquitiam City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C.

‘end shall be kept ‘open

.

(a) from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. of the first business day of the

week previous to the week in which Polling Day occurs, and

(b) from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 pom. on every other business day of
the week previous to the week in which Polling day occurs, and
(c) from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on every business day preceeding

Polling Day in the week in which Poliing Day occurs."

2. This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "Advanced Poll

By-law, 1969, No. 956, Amendment By-law, 1979, No. 1703."
