Division One -~ Interpretation of the "Traffic Regulation Bylaw, 1971, No, 7 1088 “Custom Transit Vehicles” means motor vehicleg operated by B.C. : Transit, used for the transportation of invalid and/or disabled persons and are identified as such.” 2. The Bylaw ig further amended by striking out the word “Buses” wherever it appears and replacing it with the phrase “Buseg and Custom Transit Vehicles". 3. Clause (a) of Section 3 of Schedule A of the bylaw is amended by inserting therein, in its correct alphabetical order, Limited Time Parking ~ 3 hours ~ 7:00 acm. to 6:00 PeM. ~ Monday to Friday, inclusive, restrictions on both sides of Hastings Street between Shaftsbury Avenue and Chilcott Avenue. 4. Clause (a) of Section 8 of Schedule A of the bylaw is further amended by . laserting therein, in its correct alphabetical order, No Parking at Anytime restrictions on the Northern side of Kebet Way from Coast Meridian Road along its entire length. therein; 25. Limited Time Parking - 3 hours ~ 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 P-M. ~ Monday to Friday, inclusive, 6. Seetion i of Schedule B of the Bylaw is amended by deleting the following location of 8top sipens: (a) On Vincent Street at the Northwest corner of Fraser Avenue, (b) On Vincent Street at the Southeast corner of Fraser Avenue, 7. Seetion 1 of Schedule B of the Bylaw is amended by inserting therein, in correct alphabetical order, the Following locations of stop signs: (a) On Elinor Crescent at the Southwest corner of Eastern Drive, (b) On MaRae Crescent at the Northwest corner Of Patricia Avenue, (c) On Fraser Avenue at the Northeast corner of Vincent Street, (d) On Fraser Avenue at the Southwest corner of Vincent Street. 8. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Traffic Regulation Bylaw, 1971, No. 1117, Amendment Bylaw, 1989, No. 2447", 2447
