The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of
Port Coquitlam will hold a Public Hearing in the Council
Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Hall, 2272 McAllister
Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C. on Monday, April 4th, 1977 at
7:30 p.m. to consider the following proposed by-laws to
amend the “City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No.
$18” and the “City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-lew, 1977,
No, 1498”:

1, By-laws No. 1523 and 1524: to rezone Lot 22, District Lot
379, Group One, Plan 3106, New Westminster District
from M-i (General Industrial) to RS-2 (One Family
Suburban Residential-Single Family Residential).
This property has the civic address 2532 Kingsway
Avenue. .

By-laws No. 1525 and 1526: to rezone Parcel “Y” (Ref-
erence Plan 3016) of District Lot 379, Group One, New
Westminster District from 4-1 (General Industrial) to
RS2 (One Family Suburban Residential-Single Family
Residentia!).

This property has the civic address 2550 Kingsway
Avenue,

A copy of the proposed By-laws may be inspected in the
Office of the City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at the {
address given above, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00
p.m. — on working days — from March 24th to April 4th,
1977.

All persons who deern their interest in property
affected by the proposed By-laws shall be afforded an
opportunity to be heard at the Fublic Hearings on macters
contained in the By-laws.
