Planning and Zoning Committee Reference R#4-76

With reference to Council's instruction at the
April 12th, 1976 Council Meeting to refer the proposed 24-
unit group housing development on York Street and Oxford
Street back to the Planning and Zoning Committee for recom-~
mendation, the Committee further dealt with the Proposal on
April 28th, 1976,

The only new information since last Council Meeting

is that the developer is now proposing to develop in two
Stages. The first Stage will be 12 units in three clusters

facing Oxford Street,

RECOMMENDATION:

The Committee recommends that the Proposed development
by Staging be approved, .
