Comaents: (con't) advising of future plans for school property in that
area. The developer advised that the new Fraser Avenue school
would alleviate the load at Cedar Drive Elementary creating
vacancies that would accommodate the two new proposed subdivisions.

In Mr.Kim's proposed subdivision the lots and houses are chosen by
the potential purchaser before they are built. This enables the |
developer to preplan the houses te be situated in such a way thit
no two house plans are placed together “<n the subdivision.

Further discussion ensued as to another access to the Ecological
Area an Cedar Drive, the Committee was then advised a further
access was scheduled in the preplanning scheme for the area half

way between Lincoln and Prairie.

Recommendation: The Planning and Zoning Committee recommends to the Municipal
Council the approval of the rezoning application.
