building, according to a submitted sketch plan, conforms

to the Zoning By~law.

According to a statement of the applicant, one half of the

duplex is presently occupied by the applicant himself while
the other half is rented. The tenants are interested in |
purchasing the half which they are now renting.

This application was considered by the Committee on January
30, 1975. and the Committee recommended that it be approved.
