His’ Wotship Mayor L.B. Scott advised the meeting the following proposed
By-law #129
By-law to amend the “City of Port Coquitlam. Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918" would we

now be considered:

A By-Law 1 to. axsend the . Yeaty of Port Coquitlar. Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918".
‘The Munietpal Council of The Corporation of. the City of Port Coquitlam, in
open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: .

Le Part q INTERPRETATION" of the "City. of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969,
No. 91g" is amended by inserting the 2 following definitions in their correct
alphabetical position therein:

"CHILD MINDING USE means a use providing for a regulated baby-sitting
service where children J the age group from two to six years can be left for up
‘to three hours in a size of group numbering up to twenty children in a facility
licensed under the Community Care Facilities Licensing Act.

FAMILY DAY CARE USE means a4 use providing for the care of children in the
age group from infant to five Je years: old for up. to ten hours per day in a group
size ‘of from three to five children ina facility | Licensed under the Community

‘care Facilities Licensing Act,

GROUP DAY CARE USE means a use providing for the care of children in the

age group from three to five years old | for UP to ten hours per day in a group size
nunbering up to twenty-five children ina facility | Licensed under the Community
Care Facilities Licensing Act.

OUT OF SCHOOL DAY CARE USE means a use providing for the care of children
in the age group from dither six to ‘eight years or from nine to twelve years for
up to ten hours per day in a group size of up to twerity children: for the six to

eight year group and up to forty children for the nine te twelve year group

providing care for children in the pre ‘and/or post school hours and/or noon hours
