The Coquitlam Chamber of Commerce would appreciate
the opportunity to speak to Mayor Traboulay and
Council members at your next Council Meeting to pre-
sent a proposal in which the City of Port Coquitlam
enter into an agreement with the Chamber to engage

its services for a fee. We do have presentation port-
‘folios which Ccuncil would be able to peruse before
our presentation.

The Chamber produces many publications and performs
many services which are provided free of charge to
the Municipalities. We have found that several B.C.
Municipalities contribute to their local Chaniers
of Commerce under a fee for service agreement... We
would appreciate the opportunity of discussing this
further with Council. Mr. John Bledsoe would. speak
on behalf of the Chamber.
