Shaughnessy Street construction between Stafford Avenue and Nacht Avenue to McElhanney

Engineering Services Ltd. in the amount of $62,131 (including G.S.T.).

Ten Consulting Engineering firms were invited for proposal for consulting services for the design and
construction inspection of Shaughnessy Street from Stafford Avenue to Nacht Avenue. The following sight
consulting engineering firms submitted a proposal by the deadline, 4:00 PM, February 22, 1994:

After a thorough review of all the proposals, McElhanney Engineering Services Ltd. was chosen to provide
consulting services for the design and construction inspection. PBK. Engineering Ltd. submitted the lowest
consulting fee and McElhanney Engineering Services Ltd. submitted the second lowest; however, PBK
Engineering Ltd. did not include the construction material testing cost, estimated to be $4,000 extra, in their fee.
