DISCUSSION: The project generally conforms to Zoning regulativuns and the design guidelines outlined in the Official Community Plan. As noted previously, the outdoor amenity space and visitor parking needs to be accommodated on che site pian. Approval of this Rezoning and Development Permit application will permit the construction of 39 new townhouse buildings within the Riverwood Development Permit Area.
