Thank you for your letter of March 9, 1993 and your delegation to Planning
Committee of March 30, 1993.

The Planning Committee was impressed with your presentation and understand
the motivation of your client, the owners of the Sky Dragon Restaurant.

While the Committee members see merit in you proposal, they regret that
they cannot support your proposal due to overall planning considerations.

The Committee suggested that by re-developing his own or other commercial
sites on the Northside Commercial Center it might be possible for your ciient
to accomplish the expansion he has in mind. The Committee likes to encourage
the progressive approach for all businesses in the community.
