Roach signs, provided that:

(a) The bench has been authorized pursuant to the highway use
bylaw, if located om a highway or public place.

(b) Every person placing eny bench aign on public property shall
maintain and repais the bench and bench gign to the satisfaction

of the City Engineer.

(c) Not mora than four beach signs shall be permitted at each bus
ebaltear. . ;

(d) The total aiga area of all the signa at a bua ahalter ghall not
excaad 4.5 m* (48.4 aq. ft.).

(a) The total sign area of all the signs on each bua beach shall not
exerad 1.5 m* (16.15 sq. Ft.)
