That the Planning Department be authorized to draft Development. Permit
14/91; and '

That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign the document, when
completed, subject to:

a. Completion of Rezoning Application 51/89;

b. satisfaction of engineering requirements;

Ce Submissions of a landscaping plan to the satisfaction of the Parks
and Recreation Department; - .

d. The applicant being advised that a Building Code review will be done
at the’ time of Building Permit application; and | . |
Submission of a design in compliance with the guidelines for
Development. Permit Area I, and to the satisfaction of the Director. of

Planning.
