THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM

BYLAW NO.2559

WHEREAS putsuant to Section 985 of the "Municipal Act", being Char’ :r 290,
R.S.B.C., 1979, the Council established Development Cost Charge Reserv: Funds;

AND WHEREAS it is deemed desirable to expend a portion of the monies set
aside in the Development Cost Charge Reserve Funds; .

NOW THEREFORE, the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of
Port Coquitlam in Open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

hereby appropriated from the Park Land
harge Reserve Fund to acquire title to Park
» @ 5.82 hectare parcel in the Genstar Subdivision, acquisition of
which is authorized under Article 19, Schedule "A" of Bylaw No. 2131.

Should any of the above amounts remain unexpended after the expenditures
hereby authorized has been made, any unexpended balances shall be returned
to the credit of the specified Reserve Fund.

3. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the “Development Cost Charge
Reserve Funds Expenditure Bylaw, 1990, No. 2559",

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 10th day of December, 1990.
Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 10th day of December, 1990.
Read a third time by the Municipal Council this 10th day of December, 1990.

Reconsidered, finally passed and adopted by the Municipal Council of The
Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam this 17th day of December, 1990.
