THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM AUG 27 1989 BYLAW NO. 2530 A Bylaw to amend the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in epen meeting assembled, enacts as follows: 1. Those certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which are more particularly described as: Lot 1, Plan 11427, Those portions of Lot 2, Plan 11427, and Lot 173, Plan 46170 identified "To Be Zoned RN-3" on the plan attached to this Bylaw as "Schedule A", all in District Lot 380, Group One, New Westminster District, are hereby rezoned from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to RM-3 (Townhouse Apartment) and the Zoning Map of the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning. Those certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which are more particularly described as: Lot "C", Plan 18418, Lot "D", Plan 18418, that portion of Lot 2, Plan 11427, and Lot 173, Plan 46170 identified "To Be Zoned C-2" on the plan attached to this Bylaw as “Schedule A", the portion of lane located between Lot "C", Plan 18418 and Lot 173, Plan 46170, all in District Lot 380, Group One, New Westminster District, are hereby rezoned from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to C-2 (Neighbourhood Commercial) and the Zoning Map of the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning. A copy of the plan referred to in Section 1 and Section 2 and identified as Schedule A is attached to this Bylaw and made a part hereof. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1990, No. 2530". Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 25th day of July, 790.
