June 27, 1988/155 BYLAW NO. 2369: To Amends 1. Section 4.6.2 (3) of Schedule "A" of the “Official Community Plan Bylaw, 1986, No. 2162” is renumbered as Section 4.6.2(4). The amendments attached as Schedule “1” to this Bylaw are added as Section 4.6.2(3) of Schedule "A” of “Official Community Plan Bylaw, 1986, No. 2162". Schedule "B”" of “Official Community Plan Bylaw, 1986, No. 2162" is amended by outlining the area shown outlined in black in Section (2) of Schedule "1" to this Bylaw and designating that area as the “South Mary Hill Development Permit Area", The property is located in the South Mary Hill Development. Permit Area {South of the southern end of Eastern Drive east of Mary Hill Road) and would require that a mandatory Development Permit be obtained as permitted by Section 976 of the Municipal Act within the area Specified in the bylaw. Mrs. B. Crevier, 1315 Elinor Crescent stated that she had not received notification regarding the Public Hearing on this Bylaw. The City Clerk replied that the Municipal Act does not require that surrounding property owners be notified as the Bylaw No. 2369 does not alter permitted use or density. Mr. B. Robertson, 1315 Eastern Drive would like the park to stay in its natural state, Mr. J. Campbell, 1620 Mary Hili Road asked what the area will be zoned and the Director of Community Planning provided the information. Mr. Campbell objected te the proposed zoning as it would increase density, traffic and vandalism in the area.
