adjacent property and Lot "A" comprising 0.4673 ha is created be and same

AND - THAT His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to sign |
the said reference plan and such other documents as may be required. on behalf
of the City and affix the City's Corporate Seal thereto.” ES
