A special meeting of the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the
City of Port Coquitlam was held in the Counci | Chamber, Port Coquitlam
City Hall on Monday, March 9th, 1987, at 7:30 p.m.

His Worship Mayor L.M, Traboulay, Aldermen M.C. Farnworth, .M.D.

Gates, J.J. Keryluk, G.R, Laking, W.W. Stewart and M.R. Wright in
attendance,

Also in attendance were City Administrator B.R. Kirk, City Engineer
F.E. Peters, Director of Community Planning W.A. Brown, City Treasurer

J.G. Maitland, Fire Chief J.N. Boileau and Recreation Director K.J.
Taylor.

REPORT:

From the City Clerk, March 6Tn, 1987 regarding the Sale of City Land
at the Southfoot of Yarmouth Street.

Moved by Alderman Lakina:

seconded by Alderman Gates:

"WHEREAS the lands hereinafter described are not required for
municipal purposes nor are they reserved or dedicated;

NOW THEREFORE be jt resolved that:

1. Lot "A", District Lot 340, Group One, Reference Plan 71846,
New Westminster District, be sold to Bosa Bros. Ltd., 4585
Hastings Street, Burnaby, B.C. at or for the price or sum of
$765,000.00 upon the terms and condition stated in the
tender cail.

2. The adjustment date be June 50, 1987 or earlier.

3. The Possession date be June 30, 1987 or earlier,

4. The Mayor and Clerk are authorized to execute the documents
necessary for the purpose aforesaid and to affix the Corporate
Seal of the City thereto;
