A Bylaw to amend the "Traftic MAY 2
Regulation Bylaw, 1971, No. 1117"

The Municipal Councij| of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam, in open
meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

Clause (¢c) of Section 604 of the "Traftic Regulation Bylaw, 1971, No. 1117" is
repealed and the fol lowing substituted therefor: .

"(c) subject to the Provisions of Section 605 a Class 3 Vehicle may onty be used
or be present on the fol lowing highways or portion of highways:

i. On that portion of Mary HII! Road lying between Kingsway Avenue and Elgin
Avenue,

li. On Kingsway Avenue.

iif. On Broadway Street.

iv. On that portion of Elgin Avenue lying between Mary Hill Road and
Shaughnessy Street.

ve On that portion of Shaughnessy Street lying between Elgin Avenue and the
Lougheed Hignway.

Clause (a) of Section 606 of the Bylaw Is amended by adding, after subclause ij,
the following as subclause iil:

"Ciii) On that portion of Tyner Street lying between Central Avenue and Pitt
River Road." . ,

Clause (a) of Section 8 of Schedule (A) of the Byiaw Is amended by revising the
prohibition of parking now applying to both sides of Elgin Avenue from
Shaughnessy Street to Maple Street so that the parking prohibition applies from
the lane west of Shaughnessy Street to Maple Street.

Clause (a) of Section 8 of Schedule (A) of the Bytaw Is further amended by
Inserting therein, in its correct alphabetica! order, a restriction "Limited Time
Parking - 2 hours - 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. - Monday to Saturday, Inclusive" on
both sides of Elgin Avenue trom Shaughnessy Street to the lane west of

Shaughnessy Street,

Section 10 of Schedule (A) of the Bylaw Is amended by adding, after clause (f),

the following as clause {g):

"(g) no vehicie shall at any time be parked around the traffic Island located at
The south end of Warwick Place,"
