A regular meeting of the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam was held in the Council Chamber, Port Coquitlam City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C. on November 3rd, 1980 at 7:30 p.m. His Worship Mayor G.R. Laking, Aldermen M.D. Gates, J.J. Keryluk, E.W. Mabbett, P.F. Ranger, L.M. Traboulay and M.R. Wright in attendance. Also in attendance were Chief Administrative Officer L.D. Pollock, City Clerk R.A. Freeman, City Engineer F.E. Peters, P. Eng., City Treasurer J.G.S. Maitland, Fire Chief W.S. Wingrove, Works & Utilities Superintendent G.W. Ulmer and Mrs. D.L. Vyse. SPECIAL PRESENTATION: His Worship Mayor G.R. Laking advised the Pantry Lacrosse Team was Special Presentation: present and Aldermen Keryluk and Gates then introduced the members of Pantry Lacrosse. Team. the team and presented them with a City Seroll in recognition of winning the Provincial Championship in "B" Lacrosse.
