A By-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Public neblN,25%-1977,

2969, No. 908", . sy
The Municipal Council of The Corpore tich of the City of Port
Coquitlam, in.open méeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. Section 46 subsection 2 of the “City of Port Coquitlam Public
Health By-law, 1969, No. 908" is repealed and the following substituted:
"46. (2) Every person, firm or corporation violating any provision’
of this By-law shall be liable on summary conviction to a
fine of not more than Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars or to
imprisonment for Six (6) months, or to both such a fine
and such imprisonment."

2. This By-law may be cited for all purpeses as the "City of Port

Coquitlam Public Health ‘By-law, 1969, No. 908, Amendment By-law, 1977,

No. 1544".

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this Sixteenth day of

May, 1977.
