That the Senior Building Inspector of The Corporation of the City

of Port Coquitlam be and he is hereby instructed to withhold the issuance

of Building Permits for the properties listed hereunder for a period of

thirty (30) days from the date of the application:

1. Lot 22, District Lot 379, Group One, Plan 3106, New Westminster
District, being 2532 Kingsway Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C. and

2. Parcel "Y" (Reference Plan 3016) of District Lot 379, Group

One New Westminster District, being 2550 Kingsway Avenue, Port ; oe ns

Coquitlam, B.C.

AND THAT where any permit is so withheld, the Senior Building

Inspector be further instructed to forward the same for consideration by

the Council within the said period of thirty (30) days.

The City Clerk pointed out that the property adjacent to the parcels '

just dealt with by the Coucil is presently zoned RS-1 (One Family Residential)

and suggested that Council may wish to consider placing this area in a
