Re: Rental Policy

With reference to the March 12th, 1976 report of the Leisure Activities
Committee concerning the above-ncted subject we wish to advise that the following
resolutions were proposed at the regular Council meeting of March 15th, 1976:
1. "That as recommended in a report from the Leisure Activities
Committee, March 12th, 1976, the new rental policy as set forth therein,
be adopted." , TABLED.

"That the Leisure Activities Committee review ite report dated March
12th, 1976, concerning a change in the rental policy and submit a recommendation
te Council thereon next week." CARRIED.

You will recall that the Council's concern was chiefly whether the

free use preposed for non~fund raising and non-profit organizations and local

chaptera and the thought expressed by the Council was that some small charge

should be made to perhaps defray the cost of janiter service and other incidental

expenses.
