Municipal Right Of Way on North Side of Flora Place, Adjacent to 1538 Elinor Crescent.

That Council authorize His Worship the Mayor and the City Clerk to execute Section 215
Covenant as attached to Council Agenda, between the owners of 1638 Elinor Crescent and the
City with regards to an encroachment over the boulevard on the north side of Flora Place.

That the City proceed with the Kingsway Road Reconstruction project based on

reconstructing Kingsway from the Coquitlam River Bridge to Bedford in 1993 and
reconstructing Kingsway including the railway crossing from Bedford to Westwood in 1994.

From the Engineer, July 7th, 1993 regarding Proposed No Parking Anytimne Restrictions -
North Side of Wilson Avenue, Shaughnessy to Donald Street.

That the City Clerk be instructed to amend the Traffic Regulation Bylaw No. 1117 to
designate the north side of Wilson Avenue from Shaughnessy to Donald as a No Parking

Anytime area.
