Setbacks are: 25 ft. front yard, 29 ft. rear yard, 25 ft. exterior side yard, and 10 f£t. 6 in. interior sideyard, (25 ft. required). The eastern half of the proposed building is raised by approximately 4 feet, responding to the slope of the site. ‘The building height ig 40 feet for moat of the facade. Four structures containing mezzanines for several fourth floor suites project approximately 10 feet beyond the roof line at each of the building's four corners. A total of 61 parking spaces in an underground parkade will be provided with access from a rear lane along the north property line. An indoor meeting room/lounge and exercise room is located on the main floor. A roof terrace that may be used by residente is provided on the fourth floor, as outdoor recreation. A building code review will be done at the time of building permit application. Parks and Recreation Department: 1.
