Until this road is in place the development of a high traffic generator,
as the proposed golf course, may result in serious traffic problems.

_ The City of Port Coquitlam can not advance or contribute to the cost of
construction of the Fremont at this time.

The District of Coquitlam, therefore, should be requested nok to approve
the subject rezoning application until the applicant has discussed alternative
solutions with the City of Port Coquitiam and the MOTH and the subject of |
conatruction of Fremont Road is resolved.
