March 5, 1990/053 A Public Hearing pursuant to Section 956 of the Municipal Act was held prior to the Council meeting of the Corporation of The City of Port Coquitlam held in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Hall, 2580 Shaughnessy Street, Port Coquitlam, B.C. on Monday, March 5th, 1990 at 7:30 p.m. His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay, Aldermen M.C. Farnworth, M.D. Gates, J.J. Keryluk, G.R. Laking, M.R. Wright and W.W. Stewart in attendance. Also in attendance were City Administrator B.R. Kirk, City Clerk/Desuty Administrator R.A. Freeman, Director of Community Planning C. Felip, City Treasurer J.G. Maitland and Personnel Director V.J. van Meel. ZONING PUBLIC HEARING: His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay advised the following proposed Bylaws would now be considered: Bylaw No. 2486: to rezone Lot 12 and Lot 13 District Lot 289 Group One Plan 9069 New Westminster District; from "Residential 2" to “Apartment 1". The property is located at 2400 and 2422 Pitt River Road to permit the property to be zoned RM~-3 (Townhouse Apartment). No one was present to speak regarding the proposed rezoning. Bylaw No. 2487: to rezone Lot 12 and Lot 13 District Lot 289 Group One Plan 9069 New Westminster District; from A-l (Agricultural) to RM-3 (Townhouse Apartment). The property is located at 2400 and 2422 Pitt River Road and would permit the construction of a 26 unit townhouse development on the property.
