RECOMMENDATION:

That City Council adopt a resotution issuing a development
permit exempting Lot 120, S.W. Quarter Section 7 and NW
Quarter, Section 6, Two 40, NWLD Plan 75281 trom the
requirements of Development Services Bylaw 2242, Section 13(b).

COMMENTS:

In reviewing this apptication, it was determined that the

standards established in the bylaw for public services can be
reduced for private services in the strata title subdivision.

Bylaw 2242 requires that all private services in strata title
subdivisions and buildings meet standards set for public roads
and utiiities. The public service standards are left to be in
excess of wnat is required in tnls case. lt is recommended
that the requirements of Section 13(b) of the Development
Services Bylaw be waived.
