SUBJECT: 1134 Fraserview Street, Port Coqguitiam
and Mr. R. Sequin

RECOMMENDATION:

That a notice be filed at the Land Title Office on the
mentioned address to advise the prospective buyers of ex
building, infractions that are not corrected.

BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS:

The Building Department has issued inspection reports to the
homeowner builder, however to date corrections have not been
done. From our Information the owner had financial problems and
is unable to finish the dwalling and correct the infractions.
Most recently a For Sale sign has appeared at this property.
On the advise of the City Solicitor the City should file a
notice at the Land Title Office to advise anyone considering
purchase that outstanding infractions do exist.
