BYLAW NO. 210]

A Bylaw to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam
Zoning Bylaw, 1979, Now 1654",

The Municipal Counell of The Corporation of the City of
Part Coquitiam, in open meeting assembled, enacts ag
follows:

The Zone Designation of A~1 Agricultural assigned to that
portion of Lot "B", Block 6, District Lot 290, Group 1,
Plan 13637, New Westminster District, except part
Subdivided by Plan 40635, shown as Lots 1 to 7, inclusive,
on a Plan of proposed Subdivision of the said Lot "pu
prepared by V.C. Goudal & Associates, British Columbia Land
Surveyors, and shown on their Drawing No. C1654-71A dated
June 29th, 1983 with revisions to February 20TH, 1985 is
removed and the Zone Designation RS-1A (Single Family
Residential) is applied,

The Zoning Map of the "City of Port Coquitiam Zoning Bylaw,
1979, No. 1651" is hereby amended to reflect This rezoning.

A copy of the plan referred to i is attached to
This Bylaw and made a part thereot,

This Bylaw may be cited for al] purposes as the "City of
Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment
Bylaw, 1985, No. 2101",

Read a first time by the Municipal Counci! this 27th dav of
May, 1985,

Read a second time by the Municipal Counci! This 27th day
of May, 1985,

Public Hearing held this 24th day of vune, 1985,
