ZONING BYLAW OCT 29 1984

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of
Port Coquitlam will hold a Public Hearing in the Council
Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port
Coquitlam, B.C. on Monday, November 19th, 1984 at 7:30 pem. to
consider the following proposed byiaw to amend the "City of Port.
Coquittam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651":

Bylaw No. 2066: to rezone Lot 29, EXCEPT Pian 34851,
District Lot 4, Township 39, Plan 31468, New Westminster
District, from RS=1 to RS-IA.

This property is located at 2651 Kitchener Avenue and,
following completion of the rezoning procedures, it is
expected that the property will be subdivided to provide
sites for four single family dwellings.

A copy of the proposed bylaw and other relevant documents
may be inspected in the Office of the City Clerk, Port Coquitlam
City Hall, at the address given above, between the: hours of 8:30
aem. to 4:30 pem., ON regular business-.days, from the date of
this Notice unti! the Pubiic Hearing. .

All persons who deem their: taterest in property affected by
the proposed bylaw shall be afforded an opportunity te be heard
at the Public Hearing on matters contained in the bylaw.
