A regular meeting of the Municipal Counci! of The Corporation of
the City of Port Coquitlam was held in the aounci | Chamber, Port
Coquitlam City Hall on Monday, May 14th, 1984 at 7:30 Ppem.

His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay, Aldermen M.C, Farnworth, M.D.
Gates, J.J. Keryluk, G.R. Laking, W.W. Stewart and M.R. Wright in
attendance,

Also in attendance were City Administrator B.R. Kirk, City Clerk
R.A. Freeman, City Engineer F.E. Peters, P. Eng., City Treasurer J.
Maitland, Director of Community Ptanning W. Brown, and Parks &
Recreation Director K.J. Taylor.

Community Relations Coordinator, B.C. Hydro, who then made a
presentation to Council regarding the Burrard Thermal Generating “lant.
