You will recall, of course, that you appeared before a
regular meeting of the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the
City of Port’ Coquitlam held on January 17th, 1983 concerning the
above noted subject and the construction problems you are apparently
experiencing.

We ara forwarding you two separats memorandums, both
dated January 17th, 1983 from our Chief Building Inspector and we:
trust you will txke note of the contents thereof. These are the .
game memorandims that we mailed to you last week and that you picked
up from our office this morning but we thought, for greater certainty,
that we should record there formal transmittal to you.

At the council meeting of January ‘17th, -1983 the Council
instrusted me to advise that unlags you comply with the National
Building Code requirements there will doubtlessly ba a "Stop Work
Order" placed on your building.
