DRAFT RESOLUTIONS

1. “That the resolution passed by this Council on June 12th, 1978
wherein the tender for the construction of the addition to the Port
Coquitlam Senior Citizens’ Centre for which tenders closed at 4:00 p.m.
Friday, May 5th, 1978 was awarded to D.H. Construction Ltd. in the
total amount of $223,937.00, including Separate Price "A" and Separate

Price "B" be and the same is hereby rescinded."

2.. "That the tender for construction of the addition to the Port
Coquitlam Senior Citizens’ Centre for which tenders closed at 4:00 p.m.

! Friday, May 5th, 1978 be awarded to Dick Heinen Construction Ltd. in '

the total amount of Two Ilundred Twenty-three Thousand Four Hundred

Ninety-six ($223,496.00) Dollars, including Separate ‘Price "A" and

Separate Price "B"; .

AND THAT the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to sign the

necessary documents therefor on behalf of the City and affix the Corporate

. Seal thereto; .

SUBJECT to the said Dick Heinen Construction Ltd. being prepared to :

commence the necessary work immediately and completing the same in accord
with the schedule stated in their Tender for the price stated therein as

set forth in this resolution."
