Notice has been received that the Liquor Administration Branch has given pre~clearance to the above application. Presently Lot A is zoned C-1 (Local Commercial) while Lot B and Lot 487 are zoned RS~1 (One-Family Residential). There is an existing commercial/epartment buiiding on Lot A, Lot B is vacant and Lot 487 has a vacant house on site. The development proposal calis for a tri~level. building to be constructed on Lot B and Lot 487, Parking would be provided for approximately 33 spaces. The existing commercial/ apartment building would be retained. To accommodate this development a zoning change will be necessary. This application was dealt with by the Planning and Zoning Committee on July 5th, 1977.
