Tyner St.- Kingsway to Central October 17th, 1977 Moved by Aiderman Laking: Seconded by Alderman Traboulay: That as recommended in the report of the City Administrator, October 14th, 1977 Option "D" of the alternates allowed by the Assessment Act for municipal general purpose assessment be adopted. Aldermen Keryluk voted against the resolution. Alderman Ranger introduced a By-law to provide for determination of assessed value of land and improvements within the municipality for general municipal purposes. From the Public Works Committee, Qectober 13th, 1977, recommending that two hour parking from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday be established on the west side of Tyner Street from Kingsway.to Central Avenue. Moved by Alderman Mabbett: Seconded by Alderman Thompson: That the recommendatian from the Public Works Committee, October 13th, 1977, that two hour parking from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday be established on the west side of Tyner from Kingsway to Central Avenue he approved; AND THAT information signs be erected first or businesses be asked to notify their employees of the new regulation. Carried.
